My name is Vishal Naga Sai Perisetti (Passport No._), an Indian citizen by origin, and I live in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. I appeal to you to endorse my education consent visa for the time of (duration) to join my batches. For your considerate application, I am clarifying my suitability to learn in Canada through past learning, employment, language & monetary eligibility in this application letter.

I would also like to inform you that my previous visa application, submitted on XXXX was rejected by the VISA officer because of the following reasons:

I am refusing your application. The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application
I have always been enthusiastic about new technologies and software. As a consequence, I have completed My Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2018 with 61% marks obtained from one of the leading engineering institutes in Andhra Pradesh, India, Vishnu Institute of Technology. My academic career began with a Secondary School Certificate with a 9.8 GPA in 2012 and an Intermediate Certificate with a 90% in 2014. Since my graduation, I have always aimed for studying further and therefore, have continued to save enough for my higher education abroad.
With my hard work and perseverance, I was accepted into Sault College in Canada, and classes will commence from January, 2023. I am excited to go on my following journey to achieve my long-held ambitions of being an intellectual in the area of cyber security and of becoming a professional ethical hacker. I am optimistic that after reading this application, you would agree with my justification and re-consider my previous disapproval of the Canadian study VISA.
For a specialised program like Cyber Security, I assumed I would need to go through didactic training as well as intensive hands-on experience with business exposure to gain vital fundamentals before entering the Canadian ecosystem. From May, 2018 to October, 2019, I worked as an Incident Manager (Azure) at Mindtree Limited, where I got extensive expertise in a variety of duties and responsibilities. Post that, I joined In Solutions Global Ltd, where I gained experience as a Software Engineer. My experience as a Software Engineer was amazing and really valuable in terms of acquiring exposure to the discipline of Java as a Java Developer. I am currently employed as a Software Engineer at Coforge DPA Pvt Ltd from December, 2020. I have the most prominent position of Appian and AWS programmer, working with Appian and AWS platforms. Over the last few years, I have worked and gained experiences in different fields of the latest technologies and I think this will be a great asset for the college I am attempting to join in Canada.
I must mention that I received a 6.5 band score in IELTS (L – 6.5; R – 7.0; W – 6.5; S – 6.0), which is sufficient for entrance to the college’s graduate programme. This makes me perfectly suitable for the Cybersecurity program in Canadian Context. This path from my bachelor’s degree to Cyber Security- Canadian Context at Sault College would evolve into a well-informed procession of study in my ever-expanding profession. Ethical hacking has emerged as a blessing not only at the individual basis, but also at the worldwide level, despite the fact that unethical hacking is on the rise, destroying the security barriers of many people and companies. Though I am from the electronic engineering background, I have pretty good working experience in the field of cybersecurity which has motivated me further studies. I would like to enrol in this course to improve my knowledge in this remarkable and trending sector in order to improve my possibilities in future attempts to uncover all of the answers facing the cyber world. I have heard about this institution, the students from Cybersecurity in the Canadian context and their success in the professional world. Therefore, I am applying for a temporary student visa since I am aiming at returning to my own country after the completion of the course which is supposed to be completed by August 16, 2024. Thereafter, I am looking forward to establishing my own start up and settling down in my native country.
My aim is to graduate from Sault College in Canada with a certificate in Cybersecurity in Canadian Context that would be a logical continuation of my academic studies and a significant step in accomplishing my goals and ambitions. I’m excited to join Sault College, Canada, to expand my knowledge of the current cybersecurity world and related technologies. I am certain of my abilities and believe that pursuing a postgraduate degree now would provide me with the required push and pace to get me closer to being an expert in my particular profession. With this precise purpose in mind, I would like to foster a supportive environment inside the esteemed college.
Over the last four years, I have been able to save an amount of money for my higher education in Canada and I have already deposited the first installment Fee GIC 10,000 CAD to book my seat for the Cyber Security course. I have INR 30,00,000 in the form of an Education Loan, which is equivalent to 52854 CAD. My father is a very passionate and optimistic person who is the one sponsoring my higher studies in Canada. Moreover, my family is financially stable, considering the fact that my family has enough resources in our area, including marketable securities, gold, and land.
I choose to study in Canada because the lab facilities, libraries, and resources required for the course are of top-notch standard. It is a tech-savvy country that offers massive opportunities to people with the excellence of life, security, and a serene environment to exist in. A postgraduate degree from an esteemed Canadian College will insert considerably to my skill set and learning in the position of developed world surroundings while giving a necessary edge to my goals.
There are two major reasons for me to return to my country immediately after completing the postgraduate program. First, my ties to my home country are the main thing that binds me to it. I am leaving my family members, who are presently staying, only for the duration of the program. They are well-established in Mumbai and will be waiting for my return at the end of the course.
The exhaustive course curriculum which the university provides would aid me in effectively integrating knowledge in the sphere of Cyber Security to present solutions to real life problems. The program will aid me with identifying the sources of risk and techniques to secure the confidential information of the institution and make me comprehend the methodologies essentially requisite to keep the data safe, available while assuring its integrity. I would be able to learn the techniques which are used to reduce the risk to a level that is acceptable to a business which will certainly provide me a competitive edge over my peers while taking up assignments with pioneering IT companies in India.
